- Unclaimed Packages: If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused by customs, we will refund your order total minus the original shipping fee.

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene protocols, all feralhe gear is considered FINAL SALE once the original packaging has been opened or the hygienic seal is broken. Additionally, any gear sold at a discount or special price cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if you need to initiate an eligible return/exchange, please contact our customer service team first at Support@feralhe.com. Please include clear pictures of the issue and any relevant information. Our team will get back to you within 3-5 business days to assist you.
30-Day Window
This policy is valid for 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility & Fees
To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returned items.
- You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns (Customs & Duties)
