Is my package discreetly shipped?

Yes, we value your privacy very much. All orders are sent in 100% discreet packaging. There is no mention of the contents or our brand name on the outside of the package to ensure total privacy.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

It can take up to 48-72 hours for the shipping carrier to scan your package into their system. If it has been more than 5 days without an update, please contact our support team.

What if I only received part of my order?

To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship items from different warehouses separately. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if this happens.
