Note: If your package is returned to our courier warehouse due to an incorrect address or addressee, we may charge a re-delivery fee to arrange a second shipment.

Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the timeframe listed on each product page.

Shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies. Feralhe cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays once a package has been dispatched. Delays occasionally happen due to uncontrollable factors, but please rest assured that our team will do our best to limit any inconvenience.

Shipping Information & Address Policy

• Shipping Address: Your shipping address will be pulled directly from your PayPal record during checkout. You can change this address before we ship your order by contacting our support team. However, once your order has been dispatched, the shipping method and address cannot be changed.
• Address Errors: If an incorrect address causes your package to be returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total if you request a refund.
• Unclaimed Packages: If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused by customs, we will refund your order total minus the original shipping fee.
• Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will immediately receive a notification email containing your tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on regular-priced, unused, and unopened items.

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene protocols, all feralhe gear is considered FINAL SALE once the original packaging has been opened or the hygienic seal is broken. Additionally, any gear sold at a discount or special price cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or if you need to initiate an eligible return/exchange, please contact our customer service team first at Support@feralhe.com. Please include clear pictures of the issue and any relevant information. Our team will get back to you within 3-5 business days to assist you.

30-Day Window
This policy is valid for 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility & Fees
To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.

• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returned items.
• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns (Customs & Duties)
For international returns, please ensure you prepay all customs duties (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP). We do not pay import duties on returned items. If return duties are not prepaid, we will not be able to accept the package, and it may be returned to you at your own expense.
